136 Missed Appointments
Last month there were 136 patients who failed to attend their appointment. This was made up of 55 GP slots, 44 Nurse, 33 HCA and 4 Pharmacist slots. As we are all aware, appointments are very hard to come by, so we ask that you let us know in good time if you are unable to attend so that this figure can be reduced in future. You can cancel an appointment using your NHS App, our website or by picking up the phone. Let's all help each other to make this better.
